|I handmix and bake small batches of real bread in my home based micro Bakery.
I use both UK and French flours.
My loaves are fermented using flour water yeast and salt with occasional additions of fruit ,seeds,olives or herbs.
I use natural wild yeasts in my Sourdough loaves but also make other loaves using baker’s yeast.I never use preservatives or improvers. No nasty stuff found here.
I bake Tuesday -Saturday.
